DALLAS, TX – For the purpose of life is to be happy, being useful, honorable, and compassionate validates the emotion. On Saturday October 22nd, three Bishop Dunne Middle School Football players (Keith Abney, Brock Anderson, and Adam Metze) demonstrated the act of service with the Dallas Chapter of  Jack and Jill organization at the North Texas Food Bank by preparing meals for the less fortunate citizens of North Texas. These scholars reinforced the importance of giving, and applied the characteristics of humbleness by taking the time out of their weekend to assist the factory by preparing well nourished meals for the fall. This event alone is not the only criteria of service they impart upon but also maneuver around their studies to ensure many of their likes are well tended to academically, socially, and best of all uplift the spirits of the many they encounter. As recommended by their coach, Ian Griffin, the application of integrity aligns upon the discipline of upholding great character whether recognized or not. However, rather than hearing about achievement on the gridiron, it is very great to inform our community about the acts of charity our scholar athletes prone a strong passion for.
