The City released a new look to their website at the end of June in efforts to create a better user experience for those visiting the site.
“Providing exceptional customer service and valuable resources is a priority for this organization”, said City Manager, Opal Mauldin-Robertson. “With that commitment in mind, we have designed this website to ensure visitors are able to find the information they need, when they need it.”
One of the most exciting new features is the ability to easily navigate on tablets and mobile devices without decreasing the user experience. Visitors are immediately invited to connect with the City through social media; search for content; or see what new and exciting events are happening in Lancaster.
