Lions Club July 4th Parade

DUNCANVILLE, TX – The Duncanville Lions Club would like to invite all citizens of Duncanville and other Best Southwest cities to celebrate our Nation’s Independence Day by attending the annual Fourth of July Parade at 9:00 A.M. on Monday, July 4th.
Lions Club International, the world’s largest service club organization, is celebrating their 100th year of service in 2016 and the local Duncanville Club will honor a Lion who truly exemplifies the motto of the Lions Club…. WE SERVE.
Celebrating the 100 years of Lionism, the theme for year’s parade is “Red, White & We Serve” and the Grand Marshal will be Lion Steve Martin (longtime club member & ultra community volunteer).
The parade will begin at Reed Middle School, 530 Freeman Street; turn right on Wheatland Road; right on Main Street; followed by a right on Freeman Street and continue back to Reed Middle School. Make plans to get there early to get the best spots for you and your family.
